You don't need to have already gained a qualification or to enrol on one of our courses to take part

Just turn up and have fun!

Our younger visitors do tend to get quite wet so please ensure they have a change of warm clothing when attending sessions

All visitors taking part in our activities have access to the Centre's facilities including; toilets, changing rooms, showers and the outdoor rest / picnic area

Experienced instructors are always on the water with you to give help, advice and teach you the basics
